This month of January, we received a curated skincare set from by Sophie, a marketing agency that connects K-beauty brands with skincare and beauty lovers.
The theme of their January box is “Alice In Wonderland Time is Running Out” where they featured multi-use products that can shorten one’s skincare routine.
We received a total of seven products from different up-and-coming Korean brands.

SHAISHAISHAI GREEN PAPAYA PH BALANCED CLEANSER: CLEANSE + EXFOLIATE
This gentle gel cleanser is formulated with papain enzyme from fresh green papaya which removes dead skin cells. It feels slightly cooling when it is first applied and foams well. It leaves our skin feeling clean, soft, and smooth.
URIID V9 VITAMIN MULTI AMPOULE STICK: BRIGHTEN + SMOOTH + SOOTHE
A non-sticky ampoule stick that we like using during our night routine. It’s convenient to use as it is packaged in a stick. Unlike other balms we’ve tried before, this doesn’t leave any dewy or glossy finish. This claims to brighten and even out the skin tone but we have yet to see results.
DR. DIFFERENT CICA METAL QUICK SOOTHING CREAM: MOISTURIZE + SOOTHE
This is a lightweight cream that glides effortlessly on the skin. It’s easily absorbed and doesn’t leave a sticky or heavy finish. It’s light, soothing, and moisturizing. We can see ourselves reaching for this cream during summer.
SHAISHAISHAI BANANA CONCEAL EYE CREAM: MOISTURIZE + CONCEAL
This eye cream not only moisturizes the eye area but also works as a concealer too. Unlike your regular eye cream, this is applied at the end of the skincare routine, after sunscreen. We like how this conceals dark circles and even brightens the eye area too. It also smells great!
GLOWIEST SWEET DREAMS LIP MASK FIG: MOISTURIZE + NOURISH
We tried the famous lip mask from Korean brand L___ and we like this mask from glowiest better! Although they are packaged similarly and have similar effects, texture-wise this one is superior. It doesn’t feel heavy or sticky. It smells amazing too! Our lip feels so smooth and soft after each use. Great for AM and PM use!
GEOORGANIC CENTELLA ULTRA GLOW SHEET MASK: SOOTHING + MOISTURIZING
This organic and cruelty-free mask is formulated with centella asiatica extract, beta-glucan, and glycerin. This soft cotton sheet mask is soaked with lots of milky essence. We love how this adheres to our skin. It doesn’t move around so we can wear this mask walking around. >_< It feels very moisturizing and soothing. It contains so much essence that we had to use the remaining essence on our legs and arms.
EVERYDAZE ESSENTIAL COLLAGEN SOLUTION JELLY STICK (POMEGRANATE)
We’ve always been curious about jelly sticks so we’re glad that we got to try this one! It comes in an easy-to-cut packaging so we can just use our hands when opening the sticks. It’s chewy and yummy!
