This wash off mask claims to clean the pores and calm and soothe irritated skin. It has adzuki beans that helps in gently exfoliating the skin. It comes in a 100ml tub with a small spatula for ease in scooping.
To use this, apply an even layer on your face (avoid eye and mouth area). Rinse off after ~15 minutes once mask has hardened. Use circular motions when rinsing to gently exfoliate the skin with the adzuki beans. Use 2-3 times a week for best results.
This wash off mask is creamy and contains some soft granules (adzuki beans). It was easy to get product with the given spatula but a bit difficult to spread on our face with just the spatula. We needed to use our fingers to spread the product on our face. It’s more a concern with the spatula than the product. If you have a silicon mask applicator/spatula, this would work well in applying the mask evenly.
This mask has an herbal scent (like most mugwort products). The scent is very relaxing and makes us feel like we’re in a spa even if we’re just at home. The mask dries up after 12-15 minutes but not to the point where it feels uncomfortable. The mask does not irritate the skin even when left on beyond 15 minutes. Like most wash off masks, it takes some time to be rinsed off but we enjoyed every second of removing it because of the adzuki beans. The adzuki beans are very gentle.
This mask is very effective in soothing and exfoliating the skin. The first time we used this, our skin looked a bit irritated. This reduced the redness of an irritated spot on our face. It also improved our skin texture. Our skin felt softer and smoother after use. Our skin did not feel dry and are skin looked brighter.

They heeded the call of the people and decided to create the New Skin Resolution Gel Mask that will help individuals attain brighter, refreshed, and less irritated skin.

This gel mask claims to brighten and calm the skin. With 2% niacinamide, it’s bound to brighten the skin and even out skin tone. It also contains real heartleaf leaves (the little bits in the gel) that help soothe and calm irritated skin. It comes in a 100ml tub with small spatula (smaller than the spatula for the Mugwort Pore Clarifying Wash Off Pack).
To use this, apply an even layer on your face (avoid eye and mouth area). Rinse off after ~10-15 minutes. Use circular motions when rinsing. Use 2-3 times a week for best results. You can use this alternately with the Mugwort Pore Clarifying Wash Off Pack.
This wash off mask has a gel-type consistency with bits of heartleaf leaves. It was a bit difficult to scoop up the product with the spatula provided because the gel kept slipping. If you have a silicon mask applicator/spatula, it would be easier to get product and apply it on your face.
This mask also has an herbal scent which helps us unwind. This mask has a cooling effect that soothed our irritated skin. The cooling and refreshing feeling lasts from the moment you put it on until a few minutes after you wash it off. We like how the mask felt while it was on our face. After washing this off, we noticed that our skin was slightly brighter. We did not see any redness or irritated spots. Our skin also felt refreshed and hydrated. We would definitely keep using this, especially on hot and humid days.

This mask claims to revitalize and moisturize the skin. The mask has a green hue because of the natural color of the extracts the mask was formulated with.
To use this sheet mask, unfold it completely and place the mask onto the face after cleansing and toning. Remove the mask after 10-20 minutes and massage or pat the remaining essence to the face until fully absorbed. Leftover essence (in the pouch) can be stored and reused the following day.
You can purchase this individually or in a box set of 5 masks. A pouch contains one sheet mask soaked in essence. The essence of this mask has a thick consistency – similar to jelly. We like the jelly-like consistency because the essence did not drip all over when we removed the sheet mask from the pouch.
Since we only had one mask, only one of us got to try this. The fit of the sheet mask is good and it adheres to the face really well. You could even walk around the house while wearing the sheet mask and it will not move at all. Since the sheet mask sticks well to the face, I tried using a face roller while wearing the sheet mask. As expected, the sheet mask did not move around. There was also enough essence that allowed for comfortable use of the jade roller without tugging the skin.
Like the two products mentioned before, this mask has an herbal scent – very relaxing. My self-care experience with the mask is made even better with the use of our jade roller (You can also use a gua sha, if that’s what you prefer).
It takes a while for the remaining essence to be absorbed after removing the mask. It didn’t feel uncomfortable or heavy though, even if the essence looked like jelly. After using the mask, my skin looks soothed and refreshed. It felt very moisturized too.
